一、清洗籃

1、 Cleaning basket

在使用多槽式超聲波清洗機清洗一些較小的零件物品時經(jīng)常需要使用清洗筐，但是清洗筐上的網(wǎng)眼會引起超聲衰減，所以要特別引起注意，注意選擇網(wǎng)眼大小合適的清洗籃，此外建議選用不銹鋼材質的清洗籃，盡量不要使用塑膠框，這樣能夠防止靜電的產(chǎn)生。

二、清洗時間

2、 Cleaning time

通常在清洗時每道工序的時間定為三至五分鐘，如果被清洗物品的表面積比較大，或者工件的結構較為復雜時，要注意根據(jù)實際情況酌情調整多槽式超聲波清洗機的清洗時間。若被清洗物容易出現(xiàn)重疊以及粘附的現(xiàn)象，那么在將被清洗物放入及取出槽液的時候可以抖動一下工件，讓清洗劑充分與工件接觸以提高清洗效果。

Usually, the time of each process is set at three to five minutes during cleaning. If the surface area of the cleaned object is relatively large or the structure of the workpiece is complex, pay attention to adjust the cleaning time of the multi slot ultrasonic cleaning machine according to the actual situation. If the cleaned objects are prone to overlap and adhesion, shake the workpiece when putting and taking out the cleaned objects into and out of the tank liquid, so that the cleaning agent can fully contact the workpiece to improve the cleaning effect.

三、加液和串槽

3、 Liquid filling and cascade tank

用多槽式超聲波清洗機清洗工件要注意槽液不能加得太滿，以免發(fā)生兩槽超聲波清洗劑之間相互混合以及瀝干時清洗筐底部黏液的現(xiàn)象。此外，多槽式超聲波清洗機的每個槽應為獨立的操作工序，注意不要將兩槽清洗劑相互串用或人為減少操作工序以及清洗的操作時間。

When cleaning the workpiece with multi tank ultrasonic cleaning machine, pay attention to that the tank liquid cannot be filled too full, so as to avoid the phenomenon of mixing between the two tanks of ultrasonic cleaning agents and cleaning the mucus at the bottom of the basket when draining.
