一、把清洗籃正確的安裝在清洗槽內(nèi)，一搬是用掛勾掛在清洗槽的兩邊，因為小型超聲波清洗機的換能器裝在清洗槽底部，如果不用清洗籃的話，清洗物體的重量全部壓在底部，會嚴重降低超聲波清洗機的清洗效果與效率。

三、按照說明書要求連接電源，檢查指示燈是否正常亮起，如果一切正常，打開超聲控制開關(guān)，或旋鈕（具體看是機械控制，還是數(shù)碼控制） 調(diào)好清洗時間一般除油或者除臘15-20分鐘即可（一次清洗把時間延到30分鐘，因為這時水溫還沒有達到60-70度的工作要求），這時會看到清洗槽里面的液體會有很明顯的，水紋，或者說無數(shù)的汽泡，把手伸進去會有明顯的麻麻的感覺。這說明超聲波清洗機已經(jīng)在開始工作了。

3、 Connect the power supply according to the requirements of the manual and check whether the indicator light is on normally. If everything is normal, turn on the ultrasonic control switch or the knob (see whether it is mechanical control or digital control) and adjust the cleaning time. Generally, the oil or wax can be removed for 15-20 minutes (the time of one-time cleaning is extended to 30 minutes, because the water temperature has not reached the working requirements of 60-70 degrees), At this time, you will see that the liquid in the cleaning tank will have obvious water marks, or countless bubbles, and you will feel numb when you put your hand in it. 四、安照說明書要求，把清洗溫度調(diào)節(jié)到，60--70度即可。 如果覺得燥音太大的話可以把降音蓋蓋上，時間到之后把清洗物體拿起來查看是否已達到清洗要求。如果超聲波清洗機沒問題，或者你清洗的物體沒有特殊要求的話基本上都可以達到你的要求的。

4、 According to the requirements of the installation manual, adjust the cleaning temperature to 60-70 degrees.
