（2）玻片洗除法

每周使用HB鉛筆涂抹玻片，超聲清洗在3min內(nèi)洗掉則為合格，記錄結果（美國IAHCSMM再教育培訓手冊 2006）。

將淀粉處理后作為感光乳劑，涂抹在一面為玻璃的幻燈片上，放置于含有稀碘溶液的水槽中進行超聲。在超聲空化的作用下，碘與淀粉反應變藍，導致幻燈片變色，取出幻燈片沖洗、干燥，通過觀察變色的區(qū)域，用于推斷聲場的分布情況。
