如果開(kāi)啟后沒(méi)有達(dá)到所需要的電流，那么把超聲波發(fā)生器輸出電感螺桿松開(kāi)，擰動(dòng)電感看電流是否增大，一般的話，如有增大，那么可以提升電流增大點(diǎn)，如沒(méi)有增大而是變小，則把電感的墊片抽掉點(diǎn)看是否電流有變大。如有變大看是不是電流的大點(diǎn)調(diào)到電流的大點(diǎn)，如還是沒(méi)有達(dá)到所需要的電流，把頻率變動(dòng)一下，（換能器頻率一般調(diào)節(jié)范圍正常為正負(fù)1KHz）。

把頻率調(diào)大或調(diào)小看一下頻率變高電流變大還是頻率低電流變大。如是頻率變大電流變大，擇把頻率調(diào)節(jié)下，再提下電感看電流是否有增大，或把輸出變壓器的檔位升下檔。（如升下檔以超過(guò)清洗槽所需要的電流，則把頻率降低，好是與振子的頻率越接近越好）如已經(jīng)達(dá)到清洗槽的電流，提下電感看是否有增大（如變小），或抽掉一點(diǎn)墊片是否變大（如變小）。都是變小則就是以調(diào)到發(fā)生器與超聲波換能器的諧正點(diǎn)和佳狀態(tài)。
