振動元件產生超聲波頻率的振蕩，一般常使用之瓷器燒結體PZT振動子。使用時在其銀電極上，加上高周波電流，此電流的頻率與PZT振動子之共振頻率相同，引起振動子共振而產生超聲波，并利用空化作用產生氣泡，氣泡清洗過程分為兩種。一種是產生之氣泡，受到后來之高壓波段的壓縮而破裂，破裂產生之音壓及噴水柱沖擊物體表面，造成污物脫體而達到洗凈之效果。另一種則是氣泡沖擊污染物與物體表面之空隙，而此區(qū)間氣泡受音壓變化的影響，不斷膨脹與收縮，氣泡逐步向前，造成污染物漸漸脫離表面。

Another type is the impact of bubbles on the gap between pollutants and the surface of the object, and in this range, bubbles are affected by changes in sound pressure, constantly expanding and contracting, gradually moving forward, causing pollutants to gradually detach from the surface.

超聲波系統(tǒng)：

位置：震子直接粘于槽體底板，底板鍍鉻后用不銹鋼厚板通過螺釘鎖在槽底，再用0.8厚不銹鋼盒圍好鎖住。

發(fā)生器：
