通過式噴淋清洗設(shè)備清洗過程由PLC可編程自動(dòng)控制，設(shè)備由噴洗室、儲(chǔ)液箱、循環(huán)過濾系統(tǒng)、加熱系統(tǒng)、切水系統(tǒng)、除油系統(tǒng)、烘干系統(tǒng)。其工作原理是通過高壓水噴淋沖擊工件表面并結(jié)合清洗劑的化學(xué)去污、除油、切水能力，從而使工件達(dá)到潔凈的目的。

The cleaning process of the spray cleaning equipment is programmable and automatically controlled by PLC. The equipment consists of a spray room, a liquid storage tank, a circulating filtration system, a heating system, a water cutting system, an oil removal system, and a drying system. Its working principle is to use high-pressure water spray to impact the surface of the workpiece and combine it with the chemical cleaning, oil removal, and water cutting capabilities of the cleaning agent, so as to achieve the goal of cleanliness of the workpiece.

工作過程是操作者將工件直接放置到設(shè)備的傳動(dòng)網(wǎng)鏈上；開啟設(shè)備，工作方式選擇自動(dòng)運(yùn)行，直到下料，此即完成一個(gè)工作循環(huán)進(jìn)入下一工作循環(huán)，連續(xù)進(jìn)行。

The working process involves the operator placing the workpiece directly onto the transmission network chain of the equipment; Turn on the device, select automatic operation as the working mode, and continue until the material is discharged. This completes one working cycle and enters the next one continuously.

本機(jī)采用自動(dòng)輸送清洗，運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)，節(jié)拍隨后工序可調(diào)，清洗效果好，生產(chǎn)效率高。具有結(jié)構(gòu)合理，性能穩(wěn)定、使用壽命長等特點(diǎn)，是理想的沖壓件等工件的清洗干燥設(shè)備。

This machine adopts automatic conveying and cleaning, running smoothly, with adjustable rhythm and subsequent processes. The cleaning effect is good and the production efficiency is high. It has the characteristics of reasonable structure, stable performance, and long service life, making it an ideal cleaning and drying equipment for stamping parts and other workpieces.

設(shè)備主要由自動(dòng)輸送鏈、噴洗室、噴淋系統(tǒng)、除油裝置、過濾循環(huán)系統(tǒng)、切水系統(tǒng)、烘干系統(tǒng)及電器控制系統(tǒng)等組成。詳見附件結(jié)構(gòu)總裝圖。

The equipment mainly consists of an automatic conveying chain, a washing room, a spraying system, an oil removal device, a filtration and circulation system, a water cutting system, a drying system, and an electrical control system. Please refer to the attached structural assembly diagram for details.

1、自動(dòng)輸送鏈：傳送不銹鋼材質(zhì)、鏈條傳動(dòng)，連續(xù)通過式前進(jìn)，確保清洗籃框平穩(wěn)、精確運(yùn)行。

1. Automatic conveying chain: conveying stainless steel material and chain transmission, continuously advancing through, ensuring smooth and accurate operation of the cleaning basket frame.

2、噴淋系統(tǒng)：噴淋清洗共兩套，一道采用藥劑噴淋清洗，二道采用噴淋漂洗，三道采用噴淋漂洗、四道采用噴淋漂洗，五道采用噴淋防銹、內(nèi)腔設(shè)噴管，噴管上設(shè)不銹鋼噴嘴，上下噴淋管噴嘴間錯(cuò)布置，使清洗工件全方面在清洗區(qū)域確保工件清洗時(shí)無噴淋盲區(qū)，保證工件清洗的潔凈度。

2. Spray system: There are two sets of spray cleaning, one is using chemical spray cleaning, the second is using spray rinsing, the third is using spray rinsing, the fourth is using spray rinsing, the fifth is using spray rust prevention, and the inner cavity is equipped with spray pipes. Stainless steel nozzles are installed on the spray pipes, and the nozzles of the upper and lower spray pipes are arranged in a staggered manner to ensure that there are no spray blind spots when cleaning the workpiece in the cleaning area, ensuring the cleanliness of the workpiece cleaning.

3、除油裝置：由于前清洗工位的處理量較大，所以清洗液中的含油量較多，為了防止排水中含油量過大，此工位設(shè)有除油系統(tǒng)。

3. Oil removal device: Due to the large processing capacity of the front cleaning station, there is a higher oil content in the cleaning solution. In order to prevent excessive oil content in the drainage, this station is equipped with an oil removal system.

4、過濾循環(huán)系統(tǒng)：循環(huán)過濾槽內(nèi)清洗劑，提高清洗效果。采用袋式過濾器。

4. Filter circulation system: Circulates the cleaning agent inside the filter tank to improve the cleaning effect. Using bag filters.

5、切水系統(tǒng)：切水腔內(nèi)單獨(dú)排放到總排水管中，在進(jìn)料和出料外設(shè)有隔離段，防止水霧互竄；前后部設(shè)可拆式檢修窗，以便于設(shè)備檢修和清理。

5. Water cutting system: The water cutting chamber is separately discharged into the main drainage pipe, and there are isolation sections outside the feed and discharge to prevent water mist from flowing together; Install detachable maintenance windows at the front and rear for easy equipment maintenance and cleaning.

6、抽氣系統(tǒng)：各個(gè)噴淋與風(fēng)切段都在側(cè)面開有抽氣孔連接主管，主管前端配置有除霧塔內(nèi)裝拉西環(huán)，配備離心風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)行抽氣

6. Air extraction system: Each spray and wind cutting section is connected to a main pipe with air extraction holes on the side. The front end of the main pipe is equipped with a Lassie ring inside the defogging tower and a centrifugal fan for air extraction

7、電器控制系統(tǒng)：獨(dú)立控制柜，內(nèi)裝PLC可編程控制器、變頻器、接觸器等主令電器控制元件，選用進(jìn)口名牌元器件組裝，性能穩(wěn)定、可靠，使用壽命長，控制線路見電氣控制圖。

7. Electrical control system: independent control cabinet, equipped with PLC programmable controller, frequency converter, contactor and other main electrical control components, assembled with imported branded components, stable and reliable performance, long service life, control circuit as shown in the electrical control diagram.
