超聲波頻率的選擇：

低頻率：超聲波空化閥值與頻率有密切關(guān)系。頻率越高，空化閥值越高，頻率低，空化閥值越低，越容易產(chǎn)生空化，有利于清洗作用，但易損傷腐蝕工件表面，因此對工件表面要求較高的工件不適合選擇較低的頻率，低頻超聲波清洗一般適用于大型工件表面或者污物與工件表面粘合度高的情況下使用。而頻率越低，空化越強(qiáng)烈，產(chǎn)生的噪音也相應(yīng)偏大。

高頻率：高頻率的超聲波穿透力較強(qiáng)，宜清洗工件表面光潔度要求較高或表面復(fù)雜、盲孔，細(xì)縫較多的工件。高頻超聲波的噪音也偏小，適合于清洗一些精 密工件，比如半導(dǎo)體，飛機(jī)精 密工件等。

經(jīng)濟(jì)性：從超聲波清洗效果及經(jīng)濟(jì)性來考慮，一般選取頻率在20~130KHz，具體選擇頻率應(yīng)做相應(yīng)的實驗來確定。

超聲波功率的選擇：

超聲波功率太大，液體中空化強(qiáng)度就會大大增加，容易使工件表面受到空化腐蝕，給工件造成不必要的損失跟消耗，同時清洗槽底部振動板也會受到空化腐蝕影響，使清洗槽的壽命縮短。

If the ultrasonic power is too large, the cavitation intensity in the liquid will be greatly increased, which is easy to cause cavitation corrosion on the surface of the workpiece, causing unnecessary loss and consumption to the workpiece. At the same time, the vibrating plate at the bottom of the cleaning tank will also be affected by cavitation corrosion, shortening the service life of the cleaning tank.

但超聲波清洗功率選擇小了，花費很長時間也沒有清洗污垢，也是不可取的。
