時間控制系統(tǒng)

Time control system

在設備控制界面，安裝有時間繼電器，操作者可根據(jù)清潔生產(chǎn)的需要，自由調(diào)整時間，時間繼電器從零秒到99小時可控制范圍，到達設定時間，清洗程序自動停止。

In the equipment control interface, a time relay is installed. The operator can freely adjust the time according to the needs of cleaner production. The time relay can be controlled from zero seconds to 99 hours. When the set time is reached, the cleaning program will stop automatically.

輸送系統(tǒng)

根據(jù)被清洗工件的形狀、體積、批量等確定超聲波清洗機的輸送方式及控制方式。典型的輸送方式有——懸鏈、網(wǎng)帶、雙鏈、步進、電葫蘆、自行葫蘆、滾筒、轉盤、龍門架、機械手、吊籃、推盤等等。

Determine the conveying mode and control mode of the ultrasonic cleaning machine according to the shape, volume and batch of the cleaned workpiece. 噴淋漂洗系統(tǒng)

Spray rinsing system

根據(jù)被清洗工件的表面狀況，有的清洗機配備噴淋漂洗工序，由多組噴嘴噴出細水流沖刷，將超聲波清洗和噴淋清洗有機地結合起來。

According to the surface condition of the workpiece to be cleaned, some cleaning machines are equipped with spray rinsing process, which is washed by fine water sprayed from multiple groups of nozzles, organically combining ultrasonic cleaning and spray cleaning.

烘干系統(tǒng)

Drying system

根據(jù)被清洗工件的狀況，有的清洗機配備烘干系統(tǒng)，烘干系統(tǒng)主要由加熱器、風機、吹風噴嘴等組成，溫度自動控制。
