　　精洗階段：同樣采用噴淋結(jié)合超聲浸泡的精洗方式，配合精洗自循環(huán)與回液，實現(xiàn)深度精洗。

　　Fine washing stage: The same fine washing method combining spray and ultrasonic immersion is used, combined with fine washing self circulation and liquid return, to achieve deep fine washing.

　　終處理階段：采用蒸汽浴洗搭配真空干燥，確保工件潔凈且干燥。
